This renewables system combines solar PV with battery storage to create a great energy saving system! Thirteen 310W JA Solar modules were used along with our TRIC mounting system for an on-roof installation. Where necessary these were also optimised using Tigo units to negate any shading effects.  This power is all fed into a GoodWe Hybrid inverter which controls both the solar PV and the battery storage. Alongside this we also installed a Solar iBoost immersion controller, this diverts energy to heat water in an immersion tank and is compatible with battery systems.
7.2kW of storage capacity comes from three Pylontech lithium ion batteries. These were all installed in the loft and connected to the main electricity supply. Any excess PV generation (after the water has been heated) will be stored in the batteries. Once the batteries are full the excess energy will then feed into the grid, which will earn our customers their SEG payments from their energy supplier.

To ensure that rodents or birds do nest and cause damage to the solar array or roof we installed our solar PV pest mesh. Specially designed for solar PV systems this creates a physical barrier to stop animals getting under the panels.

Testimonial;

Excellent service from our initial enquiry to the finished job. Mark(s) and the crew were cheerful and ready to explain everything that was being done, both during the work and the full run down at the end. All was left neat and tidy each day. System now generating very well and slashing our electricity bill. No hesitation in recommending them to anyone.
