We always aim to process your order as quickly as possible. Currently we require 24-48 hours notice for all deliveries.

When will my order be sent out?

We aim to ship all orders within 48 hours of the order being placed. Our team will be in touch to confirm that we have received your order and to check the delivery date and details with you. If you would like to specify a delivery date then please email us with the date, and your online order number. Orders placed after 12:00hrs will be processed the next working day. If we do not have the items in stock one of our team will discuss the delivery options with you.


Orders can be collected from our warehouse. Most collections will be ready within 48 hours of the order being placed. If you would like to collect we reccommend giving us a call to arrange a date (and where possible a time) to collect your goods.

The warehouse is open for collections between 09:30 & 12:45 and 14:00 & 15:45. Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays.

How quickly will I get my order once it has left you?

Most U.K. mainland orders are delivered the next working day after being dispatched. For orders going to the Isle Of Wight, and Scottish Highlands and Islands, or the Ireland (both ROI, and Northern Ireland) the transit time can be 3 working days.

Please note that once your order has left us we have limited control over it. During inclement weather or periods of high demand shipments may be delayed.

Will I get shipment notifications?

We use a range of hauliers and couriers. If they offer an automated shipping notification service we will add your email address or mobile number to the booking so you can receive delivery notifications.

Which carriers do you use?

For palletised goods we use the Palletways Network. If your order contains batteries we may use the HazChem network. Local deliveries are often served by KKM Logistics.

Parcels and oversized parcels are sent on DPD Local. Occasionally we will use other couriers depending on your order.

How do you calculate your shipping costs?

Our shipping costs are very complex. Due to the range of products we sell, and the huge variety in sizes in weights we have to use several carriers. Our prices are based on size and weight calculations. This will automatically happen at the basket stage depending on your post code area.
