This 4.2kW installation saw the team install a whole range of equipment to produce a comprehensive renewables system.

Our customer chose the good looking all black JA Solar 295W modules feeding into a GoodWe dual string inverter.

Our customer was also planning on getting an electric car so a Zappi was specified for install at a later date. The Zappi is an EV Charger that can also run off of excess solar energy, to produce a compatible self-consumption system we also installed an Eddi immersion control device, this diverts excess solar generation to heat water in a house holds immersion tank. As the Zappi and Eddi are from the same supplier, myenergi, they work harmoniously to make sure that homeowners get the most from their systems.

In order to monitor the system we also installed an OWL intuition PV monitoring system, this provides a full visual through the OWL app or online portal showing the generation of the system and associated information.

Once our customer had bought their electric car our team went back to install the Zappi as well as taking care of the OLEV registration paperwork.
