Eco Fund Grant Applications Now Open!

We are pleased to announce that applications for our Eco Fund Grant are now open!

At the start of 2022 we launched a scheme to plant trees and support local environmental causes. For every installation we complete, a tree is planted and money put aside. As we’ve moved into commercial installations we’ve been planting a tree for every 10kW of solar installed. Throughout 2022 we planted 103 trees in The National Forest. The other half of this fund is awarded to local charities who are involved in supporting environmental causes.

Last year we were able to award £1500 to local charities and green initiatives. You can read about last years funding achievements here; Wagner Renewables issues first annual ‘Green’ funding to local causes. This year we are hoping to award even more funding to local causes. Local charities, businesses, and organisations who have a ‘green’ project are all invited to apply for this years funding.

How to apply.

The application process is simple! We’ve created this easy online form; Eco Grant Fund Application. Simply complete the form and this will come through to the team.

Once applications have been received they will be sifted. Successful applications will be added to a short list which the Wagner Team will all have a vote on. The number of successful grants given will depend on the total amount we have allocated for the grants and the amount of money each applicant is asking for.

• Typical funding awarded is between £500 and £1000
• The application window opens on the 1st of September
• Applications must be within the Chichester area, priority is given to applications from Selsey, Sidlesham, Earnley (and surrounding areas within 5 miles of our offices)
• Applications must be submitted by the 12th of November
• Grants will be given in January 2024
